Return & Refund Policy

At ACTIV Merch, all products are made-to-order. Hence, we follow a strict return policy.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind
   Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
   If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
3. Eligibility for Replacement
   After verification, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
   Refunds are only processed if replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
